Nutrition Guidance for Resilient Health

At Corelink, Nutritional Therapy is about meeting you where you are—with care, curiosity, and a whole-body lens. This approach supports your unique physiology and lifestyle by focusing on five essential foundations of health: blood sugar regulation, digestion, nutrient-dense food, stress, and sleep.

We begin with a thoughtful intake process, including a food and mood journal and a detailed questionnaire through a platform called Nutri-Q. This gives us meaningful insight into your daily rhythms and helps us shape realistic, personalized recommendations to support your health goals.

Most clients work with me over a period of 3–6 months, depending on what they’re navigating and the depth of support needed.

Listening to the Body to Learn What Supplements Might be Supportive

Supplements may be part of your plan—but only when they’re truly needed. To fine-tune recommendations, we use a method called the Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA), developed by the Nutritional Therapy Association.

This gentle hands-on assessment uses reflex points tied to different organs to gauge function. Unlike muscle testing, you’ll be involved every step of the way, offering feedback on tenderness as we place various supplements near the body to test their impact.

It’s a grounded, body-led way to cut through the guesswork and focus on what will actually help.

A Practical and Empowering Path Forward

Nutritional Therapy isn’t about a strict regimen or quick fixes—it’s about building long-term resilience and understanding how to care for yourself in a deeper, more connected way. Our goal is to make healing practical, intuitive, and empowering—so you feel more at home in your body and more supported in your life.
